We are experts in commercial floor sanding and this client wanted to have a fresh new look for the breakfast room at their new hotel in St. Ives and after consultations and various samples, we hand-stained this floor then finished in a top German commercial grade finish with an ultra matt finish that almost has a ‘raw’ unfinished look.

After a contemporary styled extension to this lovely period property, our clients linked the floors through and wanted a strong look in keeping with the property. Its often thought that dark floors can make a room feel smaller the reality is that with light walls, high ceilings, and natural light-dark floors can really’ open’ space up.
