Pine Floor Sanding

As natural as possible please...

Our clients had extensively re-modeled this lovely terraced home in Cornwall and wanted a very natural ‘flat’ finish that would compliment the muted tones they had chosen. We trialed some primers and chose one that literally had minimal effect on the coloration of the floor and finished in a commercial-grade dead matt finish.

White but not white...

Here in this home in Hove, our client wanted a whitewashed look but lighter, almost un-noticeable. Our Sussex Floor Sanding team used a finish with added whitener just to ‘kill off’ the pine tones giving the floor a fresh and natural look.

Is it possible to rescue this?

Sometimes its harder to sand a floor thats been sanded badly before. This is a particularly bad example but shows what we are able to do.
