Strippers Flooring wins National Flooring Award!

We are very proud to have won a 2024 National Flooring Award in the Residential Refurbishment category at a glittering ceremony in September, the Bafta’s of the flooring world! We were delighted to have been shortlisted as a finalist, so to be announced the winner was an amazing accolade.

To be in the same company with such high profile projects, including the refurbishment of the Cabinet War Rooms in London, was recognition and an endorsement for everything that we strive to do and achieve.

The project that won was an extensive refurbishment of a beautiful 1840’s home in Truro that was completed over numerous phases during the course of a year. After much consultation and  discussions with our client we were trusted to carry out a sympathetic and careful recreation with a modern interpretation suitable for a family home.
